1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SATMock ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SATMock is an online SAT preparation platform that provides score prediction quizzes, practice questions, full-length mock tests, and study analytics. The Service is accessible at satmock.org.

3. User Accounts

• You may use the free diagnostic without an account. Paid features require Google sign-in.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Payments & Refunds

• All paid plans are one-time purchases with lifetime access.
• Payments are processed securely through Dodo Payments.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to hello@satmock.org.
• Early Access (LTD) pricing is limited and non-transferable.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on SATMock, including questions, explanations, scoring algorithms, and design, is the property of SATMock or its licensors. SAT practice questions are sourced from publicly released College Board materials. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without written permission.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Sharing your account credentials with others
• Scraping, copying, or redistributing questions or content
• Attempting to reverse-engineer the scoring algorithm
• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Interfering with the Service's operation or security

7. Disclaimer

SATMock is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by College Board, the creators of the SAT. "SAT" and "Bluebook" are registered trademarks of College Board. Score predictions are estimates based on diagnostic performance and are not guaranteed outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

SATMock is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
